Transparent Tenant Fees
-Simple and Fair
Application Fees
There is no application fee to submit an application.
Once your application is being processed, a $40 screening fee applies per applicant aged 18 and older.
Pet Fees
A $300 refundable pet deposit is required, plus $30 per pet, per month.
Late Fees
A 5% late fee applies to overdue rent payments.
Properties with HOAs
Tenants are responsible for any HOA violation fees, as determined by the association.
Returned Payment Fee
A $50 fee applies to all returned payments.
Early Termination
There are no early termination fees; however, tenants remain responsible for the full lease term.
Tenant-Caused Repairs
Any repairs due to tenant damage will be charged to the tenant, either at the time of the incident or upon lease completion.
Eviction Fees
Per the lease agreement, tenants are responsible for all court-determined eviction fees (approximately $130).
Yard Maintenance
Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance, either by completing it themselves or hiring a service.
