At G Realty Co., family and community are at the heart of everything we do. Since 1997, we’ve had the honor of helping families buy, sell, rent, and manage homes throughout Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and the surrounding areas in New Mexico.

Meet Gail
– Founder & Qualifying Broker
I’m Gail, the founder of G Realty Co., and for me, real estate has always been about more than houses—it’s about people, family, and community.
I was born and raised in El Valle, New Mexico, where I grew up on my grandparents’ farm. Life there was simple, but it taught me invaluable lessons about hard work, resilience, and the pride of carrying on a family business.
My family has called New Mexico home since the 1800s, and those deep roots are a big part of who I am. I feel a strong connection to this land, its people, and its traditions, and that love for New Mexico shines through in the way I care for my clients.
Over the years, I’ve had the joy of helping friends, family, and countless clients find their place here in New Mexico. Today, our business is truly a family affair—my husband Michael leads our property management division, our eldest daughter Camilia has joined us as an Associate Broker, and our youngest daughter Leah lends a hand wherever she can.

I’m Michael, and I manage the property management side of G Realty Co. I was born and raised right here in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I’ve always valued hard work and family.
Before joining Gail on this adventure, I worked hard to build my career, gaining valuable experience in the mortgage industry and learning how real estate truly impacts people’s lives. When the opportunity came to join Gail at G Realty Co., it felt like the perfect next step—and I’ve loved every moment since.
Managing properties doesn’t have to be stressful. I like to keep things easygoing, handle the tough stuff behind the scenes, and make sure owners and tenants can just relax and enjoy life.
Our team is like family, working side by side to make sure every client feels supported, valued, and at home. We believe the best work comes from genuine care, and that’s why our team feels more like family than coworkers.
